The new number for recredits for Frama franking machines is 00800 372 62 665 (international freephone number).
If you're machine requires an external line (eg. if it needs a 9 in front of the number) don't forget to add it. You can check if your machine requires this by looking at the existing number on your franking machine.
How to Update your Franking Machine Recredit Number
- Select your highest account number and press OK.
- Enter your password and press OK.
- Press 'Info/Setup' 3 times
- Press 'Load Credit'.
- Press 'Modem Init'
- Press 'Phone Number'
- Insert the following number: 0080037262665
- Press OK.
You can now connect to Frama's new recredit number.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to connect, you must not have International Call Barring on your phone system. Check with your service provider if in doubt.
