Taking care of your franking system
Under no circumstance must there be any metallic objects in the part of the envelope that is due to be franked as this may cause print head damage to your machine and this can be a very expensive repair!
Franking machines must be kept upright at all times due to ink contained inside. If you are planning an office move or need to relocate your machine we would advise speaking to us to go through the machine ‘park’ sequence to ensure the move does not displace anything internally.
