Royal Mail has announced the tariff changes due to come into effect on April 6 2010 which will include increases on letters (up to 100g) of 2p making a 1st Class Stamp 41p and a 2nd Class Stamp 32p.

The really good news is that customers using a franking machine will stand to benefit from even greater discounts which can be up to 27% less than the equivalent cost in stamps.
