How do I find out if Cleanmail is suitable for me?
If you send out 1000 (letter format up to 100g) items at least 3 times per year you are likely to achieve substantial savings on that mailing by using Cleanmail Advance
The more items that qualify for the discount in your Cleanmail mailshot also attract volume related discounts that can mean achieving up to an 18.5% saving from your standard mailing.
As a guide Frama has compiled three key criteria for suitability:
- You send 1000 letters or more (for instance a circular customer communication or mail shot)
- You have or are looking to obtain a Cleanmail enabled franking system (as you are required to frank with blue ink)
- You keep a clean and accurate database
How do I receive these discounts?
You can discuss Cleanmail with your Frama Account Manager, or our customer service team who can help answer your Cleanmail queries. To use Cleanmail you will first need to apply to Royal Mail for your unique license numbers (which need communicating to Frama once received for setting up your Cleanmail logo).
